During the height of the Pandemic COVID testing and treatment, a financial audit revealed there was a credit card processing glitch with First Data and MICAMP.
Any credit card payments made to Family Urgent Care between 10/16/2020 thru 3/21/2021 were authorized but never processed and therefore were not debited from your accounts, please check your statements to confirm that you were not charged. If anyone was double charged, please reach out to us to let us know.
First Data and MICAMP have confirmed the credit card #, the amount of the transaction, the date of service, but were unable to provide Family Urgent Care the patient’s name that this has affected to protect your confidentiality.
The unprocessed credit card transactions were resubmitted via First Data and MICAMP on Friday, 4/2/2021. There will also be more submissions over the coming weeks.
